Fike Europe has come up with a new and improved solution for safely venting explosions inside buildings: the FlamQuench II Square.

Fike’s new FlamQuench II Square combines the typical characteristiscs of a pressure relief device, in this case a rectangular vent panel, with the proven flame arrester technology from it’s FlamQuench II predecessor: various layers of high temperature stainless steel absorb heat during the combustion, allowing conventional indoor venting without release of flame.

This economical safety solution helps you to protect your industrial processes against the effects of dust explosions. Fike’s FlamQuench II Square is ATEX certified and has been designed for venting explosions of class ST1 and reduced pressures of less than 1 bar.
