DOWNERS GROVE, IL -- Flexco has announced the introduction of its Flex-Professional seal skirting system designed to fully seal the loading zone, preventing spillage leaks, controlling dust emissions and guarding against costly professional belt damage and mistracking.

Flex-Seal's angle plate positions the skirt rubber to the belt so the internal spring-back tension in the rubber creates the seal without damage. The low contact pressure on the belt prevents belt grooving or excessive cover wear to prolong belt life.

Available in 4-ft. (1.2 m) lengths, the versatile Flex-Seal can be used to create systems to meet specific customer needs. The economical Flex-Seal Skirting System is easy to install and maintain. Each module includes two vice pins, two clamp plates and a clamp bar, and comes with simple step-by-step installation instructions. For maximum flexibility and safety, installation and maintenance tasks can be accomplished from the sides of the conveyor supplier.
