Föhrenbach extends its rotary table series RT2A Diameter 75 mm now available as a standard solution Föhrenbach
The company Föhrenbach has expanded its range of high precision rotary tables type RT2A. In addition to the existing sizes 100, 150 and 200 mm, the size 075 mm is now also available as a standard solution.
The worm driven aluminum rotary tables of the RT2A series are characterized by high axial and radial runout accuracy, a very high tilting rigidity and a large passage hole. The round tables were designed for the demanding requirements of the laser and handling industry. Other applications include the assembly technology, measuring and test equipment and special machines.
The round tables are completely sealed and can be operated in any position. For the mounting, standard drilling plans can be used. A 2-channel limit switch (PNP-NC) can be used for reference point detection or, alternatively, for an arbitrary rotation limit. The round tables will be supplied according to customer requirements with or without motor. For all current step and servo motors of the Föhrenbach delivery program, flanges and couplings are available. Motors according to customer specifications can also be adapted.
The rotary table series RT2A is very user friendly due to the simplified way of adjusting clearance. An additional benefit is the lifetime lubrication. There are no maintenance costs due to regular lubrication. On the “partserver” website of Cadenas, product drawings can be downloaded for free in 2D or 3D format for more than 80 different CAD systems.
Matching to the rotary table series, Föhrenbach offers individually adjustable swivel units with a range of -5 ° to +95 °. Fixed stop in the position is 0 ° and 90 °. Clamping and locking effect is made by laterally installed, adjustable clamping levers. On the side of the clamping lever there is a laser-scaling in 1 degree increments. The swivel unit can be secured by four countersunk holes in the base plate.
