This new machinery programme offers a grease-free, ergonomic and user-friendly package for professional service. The new range includes hose cutting, marking and crimping machines and comes with the necessary accessories such as a Quick Die Change Tool (QDC) and marking dies.

In all electrical-driven crimpers, a standard built-in storage rack is positioned for quicker die selection, while microchip sets are logically organised and within easy reach of the operator. For service in the field Gates has developed a range of small, portable and lightweight crimpers specifically designed for end-users on site so unnecessary downtime can be avoided. These portable machines come with a detachable die storage case, solid and durable professional handles and resistant rubber protection layers.

In addition, Gates crimpers come with a unique self-lubricating slide suppliers of bearing system resulting in a grease-free operation lowering maintenance costs substantially.
