Gefran’s GF-VEDO, a family of versatile and high-performance operator terminals for control and display.
Available in models from 3.5” up to 10.4”, GF-VEDO is designed to manage medium-high complexity applications: automatic machines, real-time controls, adjustment of physical quantities, data display and input.
All models share a single programming environment called Gefran Automation Builder (GAB). Just one software environment for the entire hardware platform that guarantees design transportability, greater reliability, secure applications and lower development and maintenance costs.
GAB manages data exchange in a totally transparent manner between the VISUAL module for creation of the video page based on JAVA technology and the OpenPCS module for management of combinatory logic based on the international standard IEC61131-3.
Models from 3.5” up to 5.7” are based on an ARM9 processor, while models from 6.5” up to 10.4” are based on a x86 processor. All models are available with a touch screen. The 6.5” and 10.4” models are also offered with integrated keyboard.
The 3.5” model also has a bus connector for direct connection to Gilogik II I/O modules, so that the user can select with easy adaptation I/O modules as required by the application.
