The company Georg Schlegel has now complemented their design awarded series Rontron-R-Juwel by integrated USB and RJ45 panel jacks. These are ideal for mounting in panels and enclosures, especially in cases where the quality demands for design and technology are high.
Together with the stylish protection caps out of the Schlegel product range, an IP67 assembly can be realized.

The back of USB jack type A is either equipped with a power cable, another USB socket of type A or with a B-type USB socket. The power cable has a USB connector type A and can be supplied in different lengths.
All currently available USB jacks are in accordance with USB Standard 2.0. Relevant products conforming to the new USB Standard 3.0 are under development.
The RJ45 socket is also available with different connection options on the back: either with another RJ45 socket, or with a patch cable with RJ45 connector. This is a shielded network outlet with cat 5 cable which can be cut to length according to customer's requirements.
