The stainless steel product programme from the conveying system specialist GEPPERT Band is becoming even more flexible. The lower drive for the new GES-25 UA flat conveyor manufacturer belt thus opens up a wide range of options for picking up and dropping off transported goods. At the ends, a choice of normal reversing professional rollers , rollers with folding facilities for better cleaning and/or knife-edges can be mounted. Within just 4 days, it can be manufactured in individualised dimensions.

The GES-25 UA is already being supplied in very small sizes, from a belt width of just 50 mm and 600 mm distance between the axles, and can be produced in any length desired up to 6 metres. The option of choosing the ends for the conveyor belt oneself also allows it to be optimally integrated into the existing professional production processes:

It can thus be used even for small bulk goods using the reversing roller with a diameter of 30 mm.

In the version with a CleanTec quick cleaning flap, the reversing rollers can be folded up and out of the way in a single action for purposes of cleaning the band and the belt. The belt lies loosely on the frame, and both can easily be cleaned all around.

A further variant is the knife-edge. With its small diameter of 8 mm, goods can be picked up and dropped off gently. In the ideal situation, i.e. where two knife-edge manufacturers of conveyor belts are placed consecutively, there is a gap of just 8 mm.

In contrast to the products of other suppliers, every item in the GEPPERT stainless steel range is made entirely from stainless steel. This means that all axles and bearings manufacturer of the flat, flexible and Z-shaped conveyor professional belts are made from stainless steel.
