High Voltage Modules for modular Heavy Duty Connector-Systems
Energytransmission - rugged, flexible, reliable and proven
Eching / Germany, 20.09.2007 - The High Voltage-Modules from GES Electronic & Service GmbH enable energy-transmission in durable industrial environments and are available in two types:
The HiPro HV-Module is designed for voltages up to 13 kV DC (nominal voltage) and a rated current of up to 30 A. Recessed Cu-crimp-contacts ensure high damage and safety protection and can be attached to different wire gauges from 0,5 – 4,0 mm² (AWG20 to AWG12).
The PTFE HV-Module withstands voltages up to 15 kV DC (nominal voltage) and a rated current up to 25 A. It is available either as one-pin configuration (centralized or displaced) or as two-pin configuration. The insulation-tubes are made of PTFE (Teflon®) and are fixed in a hard and resisting potting compound of VU 4457 (Vepuran®). Resistant against heat and creepache current the module can also withstand pulsed voltages.
Both modules are constructed within a molded and fibreglass strengthened housing of Polyamide 6.6 (Nylon®) and can be operated in temperature ranges from -40°C to +125°C; combustibility/flammability is in accordance with UL94-VO...
