GNOVASTERIL Goglio

GNovasteril, the latest model of the Goglio GNova range, is the ultimate solution for packing of food products in sterile, pre-made pouches up to 10 lt. This innovative aseptic filler, produced in Italy by Goglio’s Machine Division, excels for the safe and reliable control of the filling stage, eliminating completely all risks linked to the presence of residuals of sterilizing agents that may come in contact with the product. The system fills sterile pouches which, prior to being delivered, receive a special γ-ray treatment of the same type applied to industrial aseptic packaging of vegetable preserves. Their special z-belt structure is used to convey them to the filler, ensuring smooth, non-stop feeding. The pouch outer surface undergoes a further, low consumption, sterilization step by peroxide steam. Pouch opening, aseptic filling and re-sealing operations are safely carried out in the over-pressurized filling chamber. All vapours of sterilizing agent are filtered by a catalyst and split into environmentally friendly O2 and H2O. As with all GNova lines, this solution is also extremely versatile, allowing an easy and quick change of pouch size and shape; packaging material is available in a broad range of high barrier laminates and with customized printing effects.
A pilot GNovasteril line is available at Goglio Technology Centre, where we can perform tests and market trials for our customers, also with non-conventional products.
