GRESSEL centrinos 100 – the family grows …

The difference in the GRESSEL AG clamping technology is, as always, in the detail. As with the centrinos 65, which is already established in the market, the new design size 100 centric vice, also emerged as a true multitalent.
The product from the Swiss clamping technology specialists, GRESSEL, dis-plays, with its sophistication, how clever and simple workpiece clamping can be.

The centric vice centrinos 100 is, like its smaller brother (centrinos 65), the first centric clamp that is fully encapsulated by means of its specially developed slider geometry.
Malfunctions through contamination and trapped swarf belong to the past in this series.

The centrinos family further shines through excellent high tolerances and the centric vice can be operated from both sides. The width of the grip jaw for the centrinos 100 is 100 mm and therefore, covers a large part of the applications.

Simultaneously, the centrinos 100 convinces by using a compact base plate von 190 mm with a very large clamping area. Workpieces and components of 0 – 203 mm can be clamped with up to 25 kN.
centrinos can be applied as a clamp for unmachined parts, or also as a precision clamp with a centring accu-racy of 0.02 mm.

The GRESSEL centrinos 100 comes in 2 standard models - centrinos Standard Version (normal bearing jaws) and centrinos 5A Version (increased 5 axis jaws).

The standard version can also be additionally ex-tended with special 5 axis grip attachment jaws for direct installation on the standard bearing jaws. The cus-tomer has, therefore, many combination options in the application of the centrinos 100.

All models are extendable by a versatile jaws program (grip jaws, stepped jaws, coated jaws, prism jaws, set jaws, hewn jaws and rotating jaws).
