At K’ 2007 HAAG + ZEISSLER Maschinenelemente GmbH has introduced into the market the new series of rotary couplings for pneumatic applications. Control faucets or cylinders on rotating systems can be now served with air or vacuum. This kind of rotating joints can be found at professional turntables, transfer units, clamping and winding devices. The standard joints are made with 2,4,6 and 8 ports in the sizes of M5, 1/4“ and 3/8“.The Rotary Unions are developed in a modular design which allows easy maintenance of the sealings. The maximum speed is 500 rpm, the maximum temperature is 90°C.. Rotor, bearings manufacturers and stationary housings are made in high precise quality and by usage of special steels and bronce. Electrical signals can be feed through the central bore. Standard sliprings are availlable. The joints are availlable from stock.
