MARBACH. HAINBUCH is now extending the clever modular system in the stationary area with the HYDROK. The hydraulically actuated stationary chuck is available in both a hexagon variant and a round variant. The latter is presented with proven durability, and through the pull-down effect [pull-back effect in HAINBUCH jargon], and circumferential clamping it offers significantly increased holding power over that of conventional 3-jaw chucks. With the hexagon version the holding forces are increased another 25 % as compared to the round version. This performance is ensured by the full-surface contact of the clamping component in the clamping unit body. A well thought-out design, which is also responsible for significantly improved runtimes and longer maintenance intervals. What both variants have in common is that they can be changed-over within just a few minutes with the HAINBUCH adaptations. From O.D. clamping to I.D. clamping – with the MANDO Adapt mandrel-in-the-stationary chuck – or from O.D. clamping to clamping via the stationary chuck – with the jaw adapter. In addition the optionally available multiple clamping industrial pallets for up to four HYDROKs enable a more rational professional production process. In other words, a clever solution with user friendly set-up that will surely and quickly find many adherents thanks to attractive acquisition costs.
