Fritz Haug AG changes the company name as of 1 January 2008 to the new name HAUG Kompressoren AG. With this step, we intend to disengage ourselves from the first name “Fritz“. Fritz Haug was from 1924 until 1948 our Managing Director. With this change of company name, we want to pursue 3 objectives:
- To strengthen the brand HAUG, which is a famous name internationally in the niche markets of oilless piston suppliers of compressors for air and gases.
- To integrate our core business, the production of oilless compressors, into the company name and to demonstrate for what we stand.
- To choose a German Name, in order to demonstrate our commitment to the working place of Switzerland.
The other company information and the logo remain unchanged.
