The retail trade has to deal with a voluminous task with regard to returned PET bottles and cans. HSM therefore extends its product line in the area of the PET disposal systems with the "Industrial crusher 1049 SA" which reduces the volume by 4:1 and, with the perforation, devaluates the bottles or cans.
The new crusher 1049 SA devaluates, perforates and compresses one-way PET bottles as well as beverage cans in one work step. The volume of the material is thereby reduced to a quarter of its original size. The flattened bottles or cans are collected in a practical collecting container after crushing. The container has rollers for mobility. The transport of the compressed material is therefore very simple.
The compact and sturdy machine is manually loaded via the professional hopper. A quantity of 60 to 70 bottles can be loaded at once. The content is reliably compressed within 90 seconds. The crusher is controlled by a simple to operate membrane keypad with a "container full" display to prevent the overloading of the collecting container.
The special roller system perforates and compresses the industrial containers. The side walls of the flattened bottles and cans stick together so that they remain flat and do not return to their original shape as is often the case. At the same time, the bottles and cans are safely and reliably devaluated.
A feeding roller with several fins is located before the crusher rollers which are made of hardened steel. This feeding roller ensures smooth feeding of the bottles and cans. Using a stripper system, the compressed cans and bottles are removed from the rollers so that a clogging of the rollers and therefore malfunctions are fully excluded.
