Hydratron have recently fulfilled an order to supply a complete Valve Test Facility mounted within a fully air conditioned container.
The facility was required in Nigeria for testing re conditioned valves on site.
Equipment included a Hydratron Relief Valve Test Bench equipped with hydraulic clamping, lifting tackle on swing out beam for lifting valves in to position on the test bench, full data logging facilities with laptop computer and printer, work bench complete with vice, plus a full range of test plates and adaptors.
For testing valves offshore Hydratron can supply workshops mounted in containers meeting the requirements of DNV 2-7.1.
