With the pumps of the new P-Z-line the ILMVAC GmbH created a new generation of Rotary Vane pumps. Industrial building up on proven knowledge from 60-year vacuum pump production our engineers developed a Rotary Vane Pump which fulfills the high and steadily growing claims of our customers.
This line distinguishes itself not only by the easy and respectable construction form, but distinguishes clearly from the predecessor models by its quietness, ease of servicing and the raised stability. The longer servicing intervals let our customers save money.
Another big advantage is the compactness of the pumps. Because of the low weight, the small dimensions and the high suction property these chemical resitant pumps are suitable very well for the application in the lab. These pumps mark a high steam compatibility (60 mbar by small lab pumps and 35 mbar by the big lab pumps) and a compact construction method. With the flexible and widespread accessories the Rotary Vane Pump are multifunctional applicable. For the application in the rough and fine vacuum area, in the lyophilization, in the process engineering or in the chemical lab Rotary Vane Pumps still play a big role, whether as a single pump or as a prepump for Turbomolecular or Roots vacuum pumps manufacturers.
The extensive accessories programme (professional filter, traps, manufacturer of condensers, etc.) allows the optimum adaptation of the Rotary Vane Pumps to the various applications and offers highest possible protection for the pump, the environment and the product.
