Aiming at a continuous development, we have developed a completely digital electronic system which is capable of controlling all types of components (SCR, IGBT) as well as all types of circuits (serial, parallel) by merely changing the current software.
The digital electronic foreseen with DSP control, allows perfect frequency control of oscillation of the load, which will result free of distortion (however present for generators with SCR) and allows an optimized functioning of the generator by eliminating all electromechanical devices (remote control switches, relays), i.e. it operates entirely on the basis of static components.
Furthermore, the air-gap recovery device becomes more efficient and manageable, and the start-up and the restart-up of the generator loaded with cold pieces and in any other loading situation becomes much less dangerous.
This completely digital electronic system is made of SMD components and is, thus, according to current regulations, replacing the integrated circuits which are not only difficult to find but also by now obsolete.
