Instron offers the 3300 single column medical device testing system. Engineered as a solution for a variety of applications including needles, sutures, tubing, medical packaging and industrial gloves, the system is easily configured with grips or fixtures for tension, compression, flex and peel testing.

The single-column design covers a range of testing from 500 N to 5 kN, and is available in short, tall or extra-height frames to accommodate elongation requirements. Method-driven for simple or sophisticated tests, custom fixtures are available for specialized testing, such as biomaterials, dental or orthopedics.

Depending on your lab space, the 3300 system can be configured with either Bluehill® Professional software or a TouchPanel controller. Bluehill provides all the capabilities a lab operator needs to handle standardized tensile, compression, flexure, peel, and tear test requirements quickly and efficiently. The intuitive web-like design makes the software easier than ever to run tests, analyze results and share test data.

The TouchPanel controller can be used in production to do pass/fail testing. The intuitive TouchPanel professional screens are not only easy to learn and use, they also eliminate the need for PCs and take up less lab space.
