Fitted on-line at the Falkirk factory AC is an onboard system guaranteeing all bearings are constantly supplied with the required amount of grease, whilst the combination of timer settings and motor speed ensure no waste lubricant contaminates road or pavement. The one litre reservoir allows for over 250 hours of machine use between topping up and environmentally friendly biodegradable greases are catered for. Automatic lubrication maximizes utilization by both reducing the man hours required for greasing and keeping vehicles out of the workshop for unnecessary repairs. By extending their working life bearing replacement costs are minimized.
