The ULE Linear motor is a ‘husky drive’. Designed with a step resolution of 31µm per full step, this motor has the capabilities of producing a constant force of up to 400N over its entire travel of 55 mm.
The outer diameter of the ULE Linear Motor is a compact 55mm and together with the direct cable outlet, this package provides a significant space saving. The ULE Linear Motor also meets the requirements of IP40. This motor can be manufactured in a Bi-polar and Uni-polar Stepper motor configuration, as well as a Synchronous motor manufacturer with an Operating Voltage of up to 230VAC. Moreover, customer specific models can be produced with a choice of windings, travel, flange, force, etc.
The ULE Linear Motor provides an ideal solution for the following applications: Pumps, Cocks & Actuators, Medical Equipment, (i.e. Automatic Bed Adjustment), and many more. This motor can also be used as a positioning drive within an ‘Automation’ application.
