On the top of its wide manufacturing range JUARISTI presents the MP RAM HORIZONTAL FLOOR BORER, fully hydrostatic with very robust structure capable to reach up to 2600 mm with spindle telescopic extension (quill + RAM).

With spindle motor up to 100kW power, it's an ideal machine to carry out all type of machinings in components up to 6 m. in height and up to 40 m. length.

The use of hardened guides together with the hydrostatic system, oil film with minimum friction, reduces the wear to zero ensuring a very long life.

With a rapid feed of 15 m/min by means of double pinion-rack system in X axis (backlash elimination with 2 motors) and spindle speed up to 3000 r.p.m., it becomes a very flexible and suitable machine either heavy big tools or small ones.

Facing heads can be used for big boring or facing operations, external or internal, up to 2000 mm diameter.

Extraordinary flexibility is achieved thanks to the Automatic Tool Changer (up to 150 tools), Automatic Head Changer (pick-up station for up to 6 different heads) and rotary table with up to 125.000 kg capacity, allowing the centering, milling, drilling, boring, tapping, facing, etc on 5 sides of big components in just one set-up.

Reliability and robustness are some of the main aspects of this machine, being all structural components made of nodular and alloyed cast iron.

The high accuracy is guaranteed by means of the dynamic RAM compensation system.
