If assembly and production processes have to be examined in the minutest detail for possibilities of cost reductions, the time and cost savings offered by KIPP cam levers counts.
Wherever fixing and adjusting procedures are enabled with the same safety in a shorter time a clear time-saving and rationalisation factor is quickly evident.
The KIPP cam lever optimises the secure finding of the right tension force so that destruction of or damage to the workpiece is excluded. Because tightening can take place without any other aids and tools, tightening is extremely easy and enormously fast. A further advantage is torque-free tightening. The workpieces do not therefore need to be secured against twisting.
The KIPP cam lever (internal or external thread) rationalises tightening procedures and adjustment tasks with torque-free rapid and easy tightening without any other aids. The powder-coated handle is made of cast aluminium, the pressure disc of glass fibre reinforced plastic. All steel parts comply with strength class 5.8.
The use of the KIPP cam lever e.g. with pipe-joint systems guarantees perfect, secure handling and permits considerably quicker adjusting procedures. In addition all classical tightening procedures are noticeably optimised by the use of the cam lever. The cam lever is supplied with internal or external thread. The tension force is designed for approx. 4-8kN.
