General Characteristics:
• LLC: Liquid Level Controller
• LLC35: Liquid Level Controller with configurable sensitivity
Common Features:
• There are N-L (Feeder input: 85-320 VAC), ABC poles (input for 3 Electrode) and 123 poles (relay output) on the device.
• There are 4pcs of indication LEDs on the relays.
These are, “ON” LED which shows whether the relay is in operation; “OUT” LED which shows the relay output is ok; “MIN” and “MAX” LEDs which indicate contact of the electrodes in lower and upper levels with the liquid.
• There measured 2 levels as min and max in Liquid Level Control Relays. However, more liquid levels can be measured by multiple connections of the relays with each other.
• In LLC35 liquid Level Controller; there are 2 pots to adjust sensibility and time. Sensibility can be configured between 0 - 100kΩ range and delay time can be configured between 0.1 - 10s time period.
By the configuration made on the first pot, the resistance occurred as a result of contact with the liquid, that is, sensitivity adjustment is accorded.
Time configuration is made by the second pot. The reason for adjusting time can be summarized by an example:
Should a liquid level be measured in a tank, there occur waves in the liquid and thus short contacts to the electrode inside the tank. The time configuration prevents the relay to be immediately put into service because of these waves.
