The LAM BLOCK is a simple, low cost and easy to use system. It will allow you to achieve, on industrial sites, the preventive maintenance of pumps and seals at the lowest possible cost. Optical flat surfaces with Mirror Finishes will be easily achieved using the LAM BLOCK.

With the LAM BLOCK any Maintenance Department can perform, several times, cost effective maintenance of any type of mechanical seals, preventing over thus, the need from purchasing new replacement parts.
The 300 mm lapping plate permits to recondition full parts up to diameter 40 mm or rings up to 70 mm, maintaining a perfect flatness.
The portable LAM BLOCK case comprises: a diamond dosage stick and fluid. It is proposed in 3 versions (coarse, finishing and super-finishing) adapted to the various materials and different required surface finishing.

The TRIBLOCS case
The TRIBLOCS case gathers three M’M’ plates: COARSE, FINISHING and SUPER-FINISHING. It includes three diamond sticks allowing to meet all needs.
Thanks to the diameter of the lapping plates (140 mm), the TRIBLOCS case allows the maintenance of mechanical seals up to diameter 40 mm.

The LAM BLOCK CAMEO® Platinium
The LAM BLOCK CAMEO® Platinium is recommended to achieve fast optical flat surfaces on very damaged semi-hard to extra hard parts (major scratches, chemical attacks, notched edges…) before the use of a Blue or Green LAM BLOCK.
The LAM BLOCK CAMEO® Platinium is used without additional abrasive, only with 712 lubricant fluid.
The alveolated structure of the CAMEO® DISK PLATINIUM optimises the work of the diamond abrasive of which it is made of by improving lubrication. It maintains optimum flatness on all types of parts.
The LAM BLOCK CAMEO® Platinium diameter 300 mm allows the lapping and the mirror finishing of rings diameter up to 70 mm and full parts diameter up to 40 mm.
