We produce different types of pressure test machines for high volume applications.

Test cycle example:
All professional fittings must be clamped for the machine to start operations. On starting:
The door closes and the fittings are clamped with higher force.
Low pressure flushing in both directions.
Flow test. Result eg. 23.4 l/min. High and low alarm level is set in article data.
Volume expansion test. Result eg. 42 ml. High and low alarm level is set in article data.
High pressure cleaning. X total pulses with eg. 100 bars pressure drop in both directions.
Pressure increases with eg. 50 bar/s up to 300 bar.
Stabilization of the pressure for eg. 10 secs.
Leaktest, search for leaks in eg. 10 secs. Alarm level for pressure drop is adjusted automatically to eg. 1.5 bar.
Pressure release to 0.
Dry blowing of the hose assembly for eg. 10 secs in both directions.
Approved industrial hoses are marked and then released automatically.
The door opens.

Not approved hoses must be released manually by holding in the clamp button for 2 seconds.
All measurements are individual for each hose.
All available information is saved as text in the log-/statistics file.
