Switch cabinet heatings with integrated thermostat by Lm-therm

Condensed water formation in a switch industrial cabinet or protective casing becomes more and more important in the case of high-quality technology (electronics).
As is generally known, through the heating up of a casing the formation of condensed water can be effectively avoided (the higher the temperature the lower the relative humidity).
Very often PTC heatings are installed in this case – the downside of this technology is the extremely high surface and convectiontemperature with the corresponding risks for the internals in the switch cabinet.
Some manufacturers enclose the PTC heating with a casing and thus reduce the surface temperature. The leaking convection temperature however remains extremely high.
For this reason, the company Lm-therm also offers heatings with integrated temperature regulators. Through the integrated regulation high temperature loads for the adjacent components are avoided and energy is saved, too.

The integrated temperature regulators are, depending on the type, adjusted to the following values:
Switch-on temperature: 25°C (35°C)
Switch-off temperature: 55°C (65°C)
in each case with reference to the inherent temperature of the heating appliance.

In our factory we can also take care of customer-specific special settings.

These heatings can be realised for operating voltages between 12 and 600 V and for capacities between 10 and 500 W without professional fans and for capacities up to 8000 W with fans.
