Condensing technology with fuel oil

The use of condensing technology can reduce fuel consumption (and thus fuel costs) and pollutant emissions by more than 10% in comparison with conventional systems with standard flue gas supplier of heat exchangers.

In condensing technology, the flue professional gases from combustion must be condensed by cooling them to below the flue gas dewpoint in order to be able to make use of the waste heat produced.

If we compare the characteristic data for ordinary fuels that are relevant for condensing technology, we see that natural gas offers the greatest potential. Because of the high level of water in the flue gas, the high flue gas dewpoint and the high pH of the flue gas condensate, using condensing technology when this fuel is utilised is both simple and extremely effective.
