This new graphic screen printing ink for UV curing units saves energy!

After the very successful introduction of the graphic UV package consisting of the Ultraform UVFM, Ultragraph UVAR, and Ultragraph UVGR professional ink series, Marabu presents another graphic highlight: Ultragraph UVSP!
With the new Ultragraph UVSP, Marabu particularly
addresses those customers whose UV curing units have a
lower output due to age, and/or number of UV lamps, or
lower wattage.
Marabu´s international pilot customers have tested Ultragraph UVSP successfully. During this phase, excellent results were achieved for versatile indoor and outdoor applications such as e. g. promotional boards, signage, and sales industrial displays.
The substrate range varies from rigid PVC, PVC selfadhesive
foil, and PETG/PETA to cardboard, as well.

The most important feature of UVSP is its highly-reactive formulation. It is,
therefore, especially suited for graphic industrial printers who face curing
problems with Ultraform UVFM, Ultragraph UVAR, and Ultragraph
UVGR.
A quick and energy-saving curing is possible despite the reduced curing output and this clearly avoids high investment costs for a new and more powerful curing unit.
This ink system is also best suited for fast running machines as well as multi-colour industrial presses - excellent print results at high productions speeds are guaranteed!
Ultragraph UVSP further excels due to its high gloss and brilliance as well as its high-quality pigmentation.
