Having many years of experience within the Thread Grinding sector, Matrix Machine Tool (Coventry) Ltd have this year launched their new “small footprint” 3050 model. The 3050 compliments its already successful range of larger CNC precision thread grinding machines.
This new model is manufactured and supplied in either an External or Internal version, and has been specially designed to suit a smaller component range having a capacity of 5 mm to 100 mm Diameter and 300 mm between centres as standard on the External model, and between 10 mm to 200 mm Diameter and 150 max length as standard on the Internal model.
A machine with such a capacity can be used on a wider variety of components within many diversified industries such as, Automotive, Aerospace, Gauge, Medical, Oil & Gas, Automation, Food, Elevators, Electrical, and Water Treatment, etc.
The machine is fitted with a powerful Siemens 840DSL Control and can be supplied with full automation, and many other various special features that may be required by the customer.
Factors such as accuracy, reliability, and longevity have all been incorporated into this new model as has become synonymous with the name Matrix.
Customer Service is second to none as most issues are addressed the same day, with site attendance within 72 hours in Europe or 120 hours Worldwide in the case of a non production situation.
