Fine dosing powdering machines are designed to master sprinkling of industrial powders and granulate, to ensure a constant material throughput with good distribution profile on the width of the machine.
No two applications are the same, and MCPI offer or every powdering machines a real flexibility:
- Throughput flow with adjustment in a ratio of 1 to100 (with motor rpm and outlet section of extractor).
- Capacity to operate any kind of materials with almost no segregation of particles.
- Mass flow regulation can be offer as an option.

The design is made in agreement with drug and food industries requests for cleaning.
For food industry applications, the industrial feeder can be fit on a “C” shape mobile truck, to facilitate cleaning operations.
