This technology is well suited for the POM or for any other thermoplastics as well as the small plastic applications.
All the parts are assembled by staking with any smudge and plastic dust. These can be found in the automotive, telephony or household electrical appliances industries.

As with all MECASONIC products, HEAT IMPULSION MACHINE has a modular design and can therefore be available in different versions:
