With Model KSK-1A71/6 as power switch MEDER electronic expands its reed switch product range with. Its switching performance can be achieved up to 10W at maximum 230VAC, respectively 0.4A.

This new switch from OKI is a low-price alternative to the existing reed switch KSK-1A84 and KSK-1A75 by MEDER, or to Günther 2314 and Aleph HYR-1559.

The very short length of the glass tube, which measures only 16,5m, makes it possible that this switch can be integrated in almost all standard series or special designs of reed sensors from MEDER.

Typical applications of this sensor model are found in alarm and security systems as security switch by 230 volts, as well as many other functions in household appliances, in which AC voltage are switched directly over the sensors.
