The installation of a new injection machine with 30 stations, is obviously beneficial because of the high technology supplied : performance, speed and in this case, the growth of the productivity. This carrousel allows the manufacturing of outsoles PU2D (double density polyrurethan) and TPU (thermoplastic polyurethan). This very important investment (about 700 000 €) is particularly remarkable by the very fact of the size of the company MILLE S.A.S., the sector of activity (safety footwear), the general tendency in relocation (more than 50% of the market are manufactured in China). It conveys the will of the president Hugues MILLE to make GASTON MILLE brand the european leader for safety footwear. The moulds management, the implementation and all the different functions of the machine, are controlled by a barcode which has revolutionized current methods, hence an growing flexibility of production for a better service to the customer.
