For automation and handling components Montech is betting on electrification. The product range includes the electric versions of grippers, universal slides and rotary drives. Through electrification, all these components have become more flexible. The rotary drive, for instance, can move into 31 different positions, traveling at different speeds between one position and another. As to electric grippers, the gripping strength and speed can be adjusted independently.

One Controller for All
All electric handling components – compact universal slide, electric rotary drive, parallel gripper and angular gripper – are operated with the same controller type. The preconfigured controller settings afford the user easy and fast commissioning. Likewise, the digital I/Os provide easy actuation.
