The NZ Series has received one of the Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun "50th Best 10 New Products Awards." For this award, which is sponsored by Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun with the aim of raising the level of technology within Japan, 10 outstanding products are selected from those which have been developed and put into practical use during the past year.

The NZ Series can be equipped with up to 3 turrets, all of them BMT (Built-in Motor Turrets), and the Y-axis function. Also, by using Mori Seiki's original ORC (Octagonal Ram Construction) technology for the Turret 2 Y-axis, we have controlled thermal displacement and improved chip disposal. The NZ Series incorporates all our techniques for increasing productivity, achieving unprecedented efficiency for bar material machining.
