Beverage bottlers who unpack large amounts of film-wrapped pallets each and every day can reduce the required expense, aswell as the expenditure of time while increasing the safety of their product and staff at the same time. In order to comply with these specifications, MSK, the manufacturer of packaging systems, has developped a unique unwrapping machine which unpacks up to 60 pallets per hour fully automatically in a very neat and gentle way. The MSK Defotech uses a patented unwrapping method which winds off the film of the pallet with the help of a flexibly fitted winding spindle and then passes it on for recycling. If required, it also gently shifts displaced loads back into its correct position. The machine is ideal in cases of space constraints, because it unwraps the pallets even in small and narrow places. It easily adapts to the existent system of flow of material and can even be linked smoothly with third-party products. Thus, the MSK Defotech closes a gap in the circuit of logistics of packaging and transportation, and it offers the whole spectrum of pallet packaging out of one hand: From fully automatic unwrapping of pallets via half and fully automatic hood-stretching, spiral-stretching and shrinking machines to transportation and tracking of beverage pallets in the logistics system. Its permanent application in the dry part requires a long maintenance-free operating time. Simultaneously, the systems have to be quickly convertable to new methods and production processes. Thanks to the robust and modular shelter of MSK’s systems, individual solutions can be designed flexibly.
