The NASH 2BQ is Gardner Denver Nash’s new liquid ring compressor with a unique performance range. This compressor combines a high suction capacity with a medium discharge pressure, thereby offering an economic solution for various demanding processes.

In its current configuration, the NASH 2BQ achieves a suction volume of 6,000 to 11,000 m³/h and a discharge pressure of up to 3.75 bar abs. The suction pressure can be lowered to 0.8 bar abs. and increased up to 1.5 bar abs, enabling supply with back pressure. The maximum differential pressure is 3 bar gauge. These performance figures make the NASH 2BQ unique and an excellent economic choice for many applications. This compressor is ideally suited for the compression of gasoline vapor, chlorine and hydrogen.

The new NASH 2BQ compressor can be operated in a speed range of 420 to 611 rpm and is optimized for low vibration operation and high efficiency. The standard compressor is equipped with stainless steel shaft and housing and with cast iron side shields; higher quality materials are available on demand. The NASH 2BQ is certified for ATEX.

Its unique performance range make the NASH 2BQ an excellent choice for many compressor applications in the chemical and petrochemical industry.
