NICOLIS spin blasting equipment is used for automatic precision blasting of large runs of work-pieces up to 250 mm diameter. Their automatic operation guarantees a uniform appearance after blasting delicate mass-produced components.

The customer provides suitable supports for the individual components which are then mounted on satellite tables so that they can be quickly replaced to enable the equipment to be easily switched to blasting other components.

NICOLIS can supply one or more electrical vertical linear units

(range 300 mm) to ensure uniform blasting of taller components. The blasting pistols are mounted on these units and move up and down the components at a pre-selected speed.

The free-standing dust separator produces a negative pressure in the cabinets so that the blast medium or dust cannot escape from the cabin.

Spin blasting equipment is assembled using a modular principle to meet customers’ individual requirements. This principle is also applied to blast medium preparation (for example screening equipment etc.).
