How to collect shavings and coolant in the mechanical sector? Nilfisk-CFM
Nilfisk-CFM Oil Line machines have been designed to collect oil, emulsions and shavings coming from automatic lathes, from the machines creating gears and in general from the machines tools. This means that through these machines it is possible to collect at the same time cutting oil, emulsions and shavings by separating the liquid part from the solid one through the macro filtration.
The Oil Line models are particularly suitable to empty the tanks saving a lot of time. For instance, it usually takes from 4 to 6 hours to empty a 1000 liter tank, while using the Nilfisk-CFM OIL 440 model two persons need from 1 to 2 hours and obtain a higher level of cleaning.
Other advantages that guarantee a considerable saving in economic and temporal terms are:
• A longer conservation of the tools and consequently less costs incurred for the sharpening or the purchase of new tools;
• The possibility to reuse the collected liquid from 2 to three times keeping the oil properties intact thanks to the use of chemical matter which neutralize molds and/ or bacteria;
• Reduction of the oil discharge costs;
• Higher environmental hygiene (626 law)
• Easy to handle and to use
