Novatec, a manufacturer of high quality cleaning systems, thanks world wide experiences and success, introduces the new “One Vacuum Chamber System for Precision Cleaning Mod. 2CRD800”.

This new type of plant Mod. 2CRD800 will be shown at the fair "EMO – Milan” from October 5th to 10th October 2009, where Novatec will be present at Hall 18 stand B24 and proud to illustrate all features and news about the new 2CRD800 and innovations about cleaning, finishing and surface treatments.

The 2CRD800 is a new machine with single solution and good cleaning results for high performances. The 2CRD800 represents a further step in the development of the precision cleaning systems achieved so far by Novatec. The new compact “all-in-one” system is composed of a single chamber suitable for the treatment of different parts, mechanical as well as other different applications and targets. The new 2CRD800 is a complete and extremely flexible machine, with many possibilities for working and programming different treatment processes, which are divided into cleaning stages, spray rinsing under vacuum or immersion rinsing with ultrasonics. The final drying step ensures the best result of the treated products including complex shapes.

POSSIBLE PROCESSES COMBINATIONS:
1) Cleaning by Spray - with Oil Separation.
2) Rinsing by Spray or Immersion with US.
3) US Cleaning by Immersion – with Oil Separation.
4) Rinsing by Spray or Immersion with US.
5) Final D.I. Water Rinsing by Spray.
6) Vacuum Drying Phase.
