These instruments have been designed to isolate the sensing element of pressure gauges manufacturers, of membrane seals and of pressure sensors manufacturers from process fluids wich can be corrosive, viscous and sedimentous.
They can be supplied in different materials (PVC, PP, PVDF) and diaphragms (PFTE, VITON, AISI316L + PTFE).
They are a cheap alternative where corrosive process fluids require very expansive exotic materials.
They have no fixing suppliers of bolts: that is why they are free from environmental corrosion due to chlorine, chlorine dioxide, ferric chloride, alluminium polychloride fumes typical of:
Drinking water plants;
Waste water purification;
Plating plants;
Integrated circuits production plants;
Chlorine and chlorine derivatives production plants.
