BICA BP 21 OMEPS
REDUCED OVERALL DIMENSIONS
BP 21 was achieved with diameter of 2300 mm, reduced in comparison to the normally used. This solution was adopted because frequently it's required the product unloading inside the urban centers and the truck tractor is forced to turn around the narrow roads. Here comes the need to reduce the maximum width compatibly with the payload.
HIGH STRENGTH STEEL FRAME
The biga consists of a body made of aluminium alloy EN AW 5083, which is anchored to the steel frame. In order to reduce the overall weight, O.ME.P.S. has chosen to make the high strength sleel frame, in way to hold the weights and ensure a high flexural strength and torsional stiffness ol the frame.
WEIGHING SYSTEM
The BP 21 is equipped with a weighing system with load cells, characterized by a high precision. Moreover it is installed a system of load managing with display for viewing the amount of downloaded material, and a printer used to issue the receipt of the amount of unloaded product.
RELIEF VALVES WITH PNEUMATIC CONTROL
The trailer is equipped with valves with pneumatic control, operated from the panel in the rear part of the vehicle.
UNLOADING OF THE PRODUCT
The unloading system is equipped with ring jet for the quick product discharge and a valve with remote control. Moreover, a reel is fitted as standard for the earthing.
