COMPLETE PRODUCTION LINE FOR SHOT BLAST AND PAINTING OMSG - OFFICINE MECCANICHE SAN GIORGIO SpA

OMSG-Officine Meccaniche San Giorgio, in cooperation with the most important world-wide partners for painting, is offering complete Automatic Production-Line for shot blasting and painting.

These lines, complely automatic, are done by:
• Inlet Loading Boards
• Pre-heat Oven
• Shot blast machine with roller conveyor with brushing and blowing system for the removal of possibile shot remaining on the sections
• Painting cabinet
• Dry-off Tunnel
• Outlet unloading Boards

All the plants are connected by roller conveyor or by special slat conveyors.

All the plants are equipped with special dust collectors for dust removal as per Standard in force.

Recently OMSG has installed a complete line shotblasting and painting with passage of 3000 mm width at an important greek customer.
