For more than 20 years, OMVE leads in supplying the most comprehensive carbonator / filler on small scale: The Carbo-Fill®. The Carbo-Fill® is supplied worldwide and sets the standard in the liquid food industry for R&D applications.

As the success and the demand for making samples with our Carbo-Fill® is growing, our customers start to require a higher output with the same accuracy and flexibility.

OMVE has therefore developed and all ready supplied the Carbo-Fill Twin®. The Twin-Carbo-Fill has two filling and closing stations and gets a continuous external product feed.

This makes the Carbo-Fill Twin® a semi-continuous system that can fill up to 1000 bottles a day in a very accurate and reproducible way.

The Carbo-Fill Twin® is a complete self-containing system. The Carbonator is supplied with an integrated cooling and automatic pressure control that regulates fully automatic the CO2 level in the carbonated product.

As the Carbo-Fill Twin® is suitable for post-mix and pre-mix carbonisation, the Carbonators have a hygienic design and have a semi-automatic (hot) CIP mode.

The Carbo-Fill Twin® has a deaeration option to de-aerate your product before carbonisation. Also the bottles are optional evacuated and flushed with CO2 before filling. With these options, the smooth way of carbonisation and the flexibility in setting all parameters the foamiest product can be filled.
