Cost effective Specular type displacement sensor CD33-L series Optex FA

Optex-FA has launched CD33-L series cost effective specular type displacement sensor.

CD33-L30 26.3mm +/-2mm Repeat accuracy: 1um
CD33-L50 47.3mm +/-5mm Repeat accuracy: 2.5um
CD33-L85 82.9mm +/-10mm Repeat accuracy: 5um

Each model has RS422 I/F that you can connect to Mitsubishi PLC MELSEC-Q series through UQ1-02 control unit very easily.
Then, you can get measurement result every 500us.
