with 10x optical zoom, large working distance, quick
autofocus and laser pointer for reliable, ergonomic and
fast Visual Inspection work.

W10x-HD significantly reduces the time
spent on inspecting objects compared to
other optical visual systems.

W10x-HD provides relief to the user’s eyes, neck and
shoulders. By sitting comfortably and watching the
monitor, the inspection task is no longer tiresome. Traditional
microscopes may offer excellent magnified images
but puts extraordinary strain on eyes and neck.

The built-in laser pointer assists in finding the area of
interest even in high magnification mode. To further
simplify operation, the 10x zoom can be controlled
directly from the camera or by a foot pedal.

Image attributes, such as brightness, contrast, focus,
iris, image sharpness, colour and other parameters are
automatically set but can be controlled manually by the
user through the Software or from the joystick based
multi-function Control Unit without need to a PC.

The system offers great flexibility to users with
different inspection and monitoring needs. Apart from
transferring excellent details from the object to the
High-Definition monitor, it grants true ease of use and
minimal interaction with controls and settings.

In most cases, the system’s 3-30x on-screen
magnification (24” monitor) is comparable to common
ocular microscopes and can therefore directly replace
those. If further magnification is needed, close-up lens
can be added to magnify up to 100x.

W10x-HD is made of high quality components,
stainless steel and anodized aluminum parts. The
instrument is designed according to the requirements
of electronics manufacturers regarding excellent
image quality, flexibility, time and cost effectiveness.

The solid aluminium casing makes the system suitable
for deployment in factories, workshops and production
facilities as well as in laboratories.
