Paolo De Nicola Spa is proud to announce that the biggest straddle carrier for transporting 220 metric t – 50/60 m girders. has been installed and has been working since last summer.

It is big in every dimension and special for the solution adopted: 12 m internal width, 42 m spreader that can move write-left inside with load hanged, hydraulic self levelling suspension to avoid any tension on the two cross beams due to the big track and the uneven ground and great handling because of the capability to make special steering (carousel, 0-45° crab, arc, two wheel steering, 90°) by means of a very reliable bearing-piston electronic steering.
