  • PARAGON crosses over to the high precision 5-axis tool grinding market.
PARAGON Machinery Co., Ltd. has been established in 1968, after 40 years of continuous effort, PARAGON now produces a full range of automated CNC Centerless grinder, Internal grinder, Cylindrical grinder and ID/OD Twin-Spindle grinder. With machines sold to more than 40 countries worldwide, we have accumulated solid experiences of manufacturing and precision grinding technology.

In order to promote manufacturing quality and expand sales network, Mr. Haller, the president of HAWEMA, has decided to form new strategic partnership with PARAGON after visit to numerous famous Asian grinder companies. HAWEMA also authorized PARAGON sales to Asia, Americas, Middle East using PARAGON's own brand. This collaboration serves as a testament of PARAGON's overall strong business strength and German company HAWEMA's smart choice.

At the moment, high precision 5-axis tool grinder is recognized as the machine tool with extremely high accuracy and reliability. Few manufacturers in the world possess research and design ability along with production skills. With the combination of high level controller and software, the crucial technology of complex mechatronics can demonstrate great performance. Switzerland NUM Group President MR. Rüti has visited PARAGON personally, choosing PARAGON as the only NUMROTO product partner in Asia with full confidence. NUM AG can perfectly coordinates the highest level controller NUM Flexium 68 and NUMROTO plus software with PARAGON's CNC 5-axis tool grinder. This is the first worldwide publication, and unlike the past in adopting lower level controller models, this shows how much they value and trust PARAGON. This cooperation can turn tool grinding into an art form, whether it is simple cutting tools or all kinds of precise forming tools. The integration of all kinds of grinding functions in one forming tool can solve any problem. With the aim of completing machining in one cycle, processing procedure can be simplified and tool changing time is also saved. Beyond the limits of performance, customers can directly obtain the best economic benefit and significantly increase their market competitiveness.

After six months of discussion, mutual contract for partnership has been signed in July this year. At present stage, newly-equipped machines are undergoing final calibration and testing in Germany and Switzerland for preparation of plans to launch early next year. (2011/9/14)
