BEND MASTER 45 MRVE stands out also thanks to:
- the head design with an evident overhang (600 mm) and a particularly reduced height (170 mm), allowing easy tube transit during working cycle even under the head thus avoiding the need for clockwise/counter-clockwise configurations;
- the new design of machine body with curved guard which totally encloses the rear part making protection barriers superfluous and so reducing required floor space;
- the innovative internal mobile tube reference system which allows an effective thrust on tube even during step by step cycle, with optimal utilisation of machine length;
- high speed of all electric axis with interpolation for a fast cycle and a high productivity.
Thanks to the fully electric machine structure and more advanced functions of control guaranteed by latest generation Fanuc GE CNC, the new BEND MASTER 45 includes no manual adjustment of tooling, not even after working change, allowing much higher repeatability than in the past. Following the current trend, where the productive batches are smaller and smaller making frequent machine set up changes necessary, a rapid tooling change and repeatability guaranteed without manual adjustment operation is an important advantage.
The adoption of Fanuc GE package for real time movement control has been carried out hand-in-hand with integration in the IMS (Intelligent Motion System), the Pedrazzoli software for machine management and 3D graphical programming: this is an historical feature of Pedrazzoli IBP machines, as Pedrazzoli was among the first to introduce a 3D user interface for tube working planning to the market.
