FULL CONE ATOMIZERS (AIR/WATER) MN SERIES FOR SURFACE COOLING IN CONTINUOUS CASTING PNR

The MN series atomizers are ideal for use in steel mills for cooling blooms and billets and have been successfully implemented in hundreds of continuous casting plants worldwide. Air and liquid are precisely mixed to provide a defined full cone spray pattern for a uniform coverage of extended surface areas. MN atomizers have a compact design and easy-mounting system to the support plates through two pins and O-rings in Viton. Available in stainless steel AISI 303, AISI 316L and in brass, MN atomizers have various spray angles and a robust construction with plug-in connection (plate) or threaded connections (gas and NPT). MN blooms and billets coolers provide high performance through state-of-the-art technology for an increased productivity of casting machines and a high standard of quality of the continuously cast products.
